Shipping policy
Team propergrooming aims to process orders within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Orders received on a Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Delivery Costs
3 – 5 working days, Economy delivery R79,99 incl VAT.
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
The shipping period starts once payment has been authorised. Receipt of payment can vary depending on how the payment is processed.
Credit cards: The order is dispatched once the bank provides an authorisation code.
Cash deposits and internet transfers: The order is dispatched once the funds reflect in the bank account.
Cheque deposits: The order is dispatched once the funds have cleared which takes approximately 7 business days to reflect.

Can I change my delivery address?
Once payment has been made a change in delivery address is not possible.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
You will need to sign for the delivery. If you are not able to personally sign for the delivery, you are able to make a note of who will sign for the delivery when placing your order.
What do I do if products are missing from my order?
If you received an incomplete delivery, please contact the team on info@propergrooming.co.za. Please include your invoice/order number.
What do I do if I would like to track my order?
